Having found your way to the floating pontoon in the heart of the marina, learn how to make authentic Italian pasta using traditional techniques with local’s favourite, Emilia’s Crafted Pasta before taking it away to finish off at home.

Nibble on Italian small bites as you make delicious pasta to cook and enjoy at home with a welcome drink from Prosecco DOC.
