For one of Champagne’s most forward thinking producers, Drappier has no shortage of historic roots. Based in Urville, in the Aube, where Pinot Noir is king, the eight-generation family business – the house was founded in 1808 – still occupies magnificent twelfth-century cellars built by Cisterian monks. Today, Michel Drappier and his three children, Charline, Hugo and Antoine are stilling craft complex Champagnes from their unique calcareous terroir and still cultivating the forgotten grapes of Champagne according to organic and natural practices. Sustainability pioneers, the Drappiers have been investing for over 10 years to massively reduce their glasshouse effect gas and change their everyday behaviour to become the first and only carbon neutral certified Champagne house. Terroir driven, while practicing minimal intervention and minimal dosage, Champagne Drappier is a new wave producer keeping the champagne dream alive.

Maison Mirabeau is owned by its founders Stephen and Jeany, and is based in the picturesque Provençal village of Cotignac, east of Aix-en-Provence. At Mirabeau, the focus is on making delectable, dry rosé wines that are perfect partners to a vast assortment of foods and are diverse enough to be served at any occasion. The innovative and chic range now includes a Dry Rosé Gin inspired by the glamour and heady aromas of the French Riviera. This popular wine is also critically acclaimed with a plethora of awards, including Gold Medals in Paris, Lyon and The Drinks Business Rosé Masters. Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate described Mirabeau as “about as good as Provençale rosés get”. All over the world, people have fallen head over heels for the pale pink wines and as of recently, a herbaceous-style dry rosé gin.

Estrella Galicia is an independent brewery, founded in 1906 in the Galician city of La Coruña, North West Spain. The brewery has remained in the hands of the Rivera family ever since, with its founder’s great grandson currently residing as company president. Since it began exporting outside of Galicia seven years ago, it has risen in popularity to become the country’s fourth largest beer. Estrella Galicia is identifiable in bars by its eye catching ceramic fonts, which have each been hand crafted in the traditional Galician pottery house of Sargadelos. To date its offering in the UK includes Estrella Galicia Premium, 0.0% alcohol-free beer, Estrella Galicia Gluten-Free, 1906 Reserva Especial, and 1906 Black Coupage.

Tito’s Handmade Vodka is America’s Original Craft Vodka. In 1995, Bert “Tito” Beveridge obtained the first legal permit to distill in Texas and created Tito’s Handmade Vodka. We batch distill our corn-based vodka using old-fashioned pot stills and the vodka is naturally Gluten-Free. Tito’s Handmade Vodka is distilled and bottled by Fifth Generation Inc. in Austin, Texas on the very same land where the whole venture started.

The Oregon Wine Board is a semi-independent state agency representing and supporting the wine industry in this world-class wine region through domestic and export marketing, research, and education initiatives. Formed in 2003 and financed by a tax on wine grapes, the nine-member board is appointed by the Governor of Oregon and has included multiple vineyard and winery owners. It works on behalf of all Oregon wineries and independent growers throughout the state’s winegrowing regions.

It all started in the naughties, when our founder started dabbling with cider making in his garden shed. Turns out West Country apples make great tasting cider. Following this happy discovery, Orchard Pig arrived out of a shared thirst for great cider, great food and Old Spots, the original Orchard Pigs. Our mission is to add mischief to the mainstream. We set ourselves apart from other ciders because we go the whole hog and don’t take ourselves too seriously. We’re passionate about great cider which is why we make ciders for everyone; the vegans, the vegetarians and even the flexitarians… Bursting with West Country bittersweet apples, each sip of Orchard Pig is full of delicious flavour. Quite simply, it’s barnstormingly good cider!

Menabrea is the oldest continuously producing brewery in Italy. For over 170 years the family have brewed their remarkable Bionda, Ambrata and Non-Filtrata birre using their own recipe and only five simple ingredients: water, barley, hops, yeast & brewer’s maize. Placed at the crossroads of Europe at the foot of the Alps, Menabrea source the finest ingredients available. Their barley comes from Vitry-le-Francois in the heart of Champagne country: recognised as the premier barley producing region of France.
