Founded in 1936, Château Minuty is a 200-hectare wine estate located in Gassin, on the Saint-Tropez peninsula. Nestled between land and sea, Minuty is today one of the last Côtes de Provence estates where the grapes are harvested entirely by hand and vines are cultivated using sustainable methods. Minuty is, above all, a family adventure. For four generations, the men and women at Minuty have brought the expertise derived from a rich family heritage to life by producing rosés emblematic of the Côtes de Provence. Showerings is an elegantly dry, gently carbonated and deeply cultured cider blended from three vintages. A youthfully light and fresh 2021 vintage has been blended with 2017 and 2018, and slowly fermented for mature depth and character.
