From the team behind TA TA Eatery, spin-off TÓU has found its home in Borough Market and they’re making sandos cool again.

Head upstairs in the Globe Tavern and find this 1970s Japanese Americana-inspired sando bar. Star of the show is their Ibérico Pork Katsu Sando. Not to mention their coffee & biscuits sundae to finish.

BUBBLEDOGS AT 45 PARK LANE: £75

Bubbledogs is making a return, with a summer-long takeover on the terrace at 45 Park Lane.

Sandia Chang and James Knappett are teaming up with Cut’s executive chef Elliott Grover. The chefs are collaborating on the menu, with the hot dogs made using ingredients from The Franconian Sausage Company. Featuring bold, unusual flavours with dishes including Cut’s mac & cheese Bubbledogs’ buffalo chicken wings.
