Born out of lockdown where co-founders Matt and Anthony delivered shellfish, seafood and cocktails on their bikes in East London, they’ve since been recognised for offering guests outstanding seafood paying homage to British shorelines.

Centred around Nordic wood fire cooking techniques using the best if British ingredients, expect a magical evening at this Scandinavian favourite, home to Michelin-starred Swedish Chef, Nikla Ekstedt. With Head Chef Theres Andersson, expect plenty of pickling, fermenting and curing, along with dishes cooked over or immersed into the embers. A menu paired with wine from D.O. Rueda.
