Visit ONSU Bakery, an Asian-inspired bake house and patisserie before it opens that morning. This is the recently opened solo venture by Michael Kwan, who previously worked everywhere from The Fat Duck to Ladurée and Hakkasan.
Begin with a welcome from Michael whilst sipping on the viral Shanghai trend of -86°C Coffee, before sitting down to enjoy two savoury and two sweet creations, which combine Asian flavours with classical European style baking. To include the popular black truffle toast and a strawberry shortcake.
