Ekstedt at The Yard is the Scandinavian restaurant by Michelin-starred Swedish Chef, Niklas Ekstedt, focusing on Nordic wood fire cooking techniques. For one day only, Head Chef Luca Mastrantoni will be using the Big Green Egg to cook a specially designed menu, showcasing the world’s most sought-after and instantly recognisable kamado-style ceramic grill.
Begin the experience in Great Scotland Yard’s hidden Síbín Speakeasy Bar, for a welcome drink and snacks – before taking your seats in the restaurant for the main event. Luca will invite guests into the open kitchen to demonstrate one of the dishes first hand, offering an immersive dining experience rooted in Scandinavian techniques.
