Coal Office is a collaboration with designer Tom Dixon, adjacent to Granary Square and Coal Drops Yard. For one evening only, Head Chef Dan Pelles will be using the Big Green Egg to cook a specially designed menu, showcasing the world’s most sought-after and instantly recognisable kamado-style ceramic grill.
Begin on the first floor terrace with views of Regent’s Canal, for a welcome drink and canapés – before taking your seats in the newly-designed space upstairs for the main event. Dan will be cooking live over fire throughout the evening, offering an immersive dining experience, and a multi-course feast inspired by Mediterranean flavours from the Middle East to North Africa.
Built on the belief that cooking over fire brings people together, the EGG delivers precision temperature control and natural charcoal cooking, resulting in a bespoke and beautiful menu shaped by flame and smoke.
