This is the first solo London restaurant from chef Alex Craciun, last best known for teaming up with Jason Atherton for Sosharu in Clerkenwell almost a decade ago. For Aces, he’s teamed up with his wife Aleksandra, director of Primeur, a high-end costermonger.
The menu is understandably produce-led, showcasing distinct Japanese influence, with an open kitchen located in the heart of Fitzrovia. A five-course tasting menu, with glass of La Gioiosa Prosecco on arrival.
